I created this blog today after reading other people's pages with very interesting craft ideas and stories.
Every since I can remember my life involved crafts. My mother, as far back as I can remember was making things. She belonged to the local Garden Club when I was young. They met on a regular basis and worked on projects etc. As time went on my mother entered some of her items in the local County Fair. My oldest sister became involved and she too joined the Garden Club. My fondest memories were of my Mother and two older sisters sitting around the big kitchen table working on crafts. There was no way I could not become interested. I didn't consider myself that talented compared to my Mother and sisters, but I started to find different crafts that I could do and became good at.
